FAQ

  • What is Fameal?

Fameal (short for “family meal”) is built around shareable, scratch-made dishes designed to bring people together. Think of it as a modern, elevated take on the kind of meal you’d pass around the table at home.

  • How should I order?

The Mains & Sides are designed to be mixed and matched. I recommend pairing mains with a few sides to create a complete, balanced meal for your table.

Plates are individual meals. Little Plates are small portions designed for kids.

And Provisions are the ready-to-enjoy extras designed to stock your kitchen for the days ahead.

  • Can I order just one item?

Of course. You can order however you’d like. But if you’re looking for the full Fameal experience, we recommend building your meal with a mix of mains and sides.

  • How many people does each dish serve?

    Serving sizes vary, but most:

Mains serve ~3 when paired with a side.

Sides serve ~3 when paired with a main.

    Plates serve 1.

You’ll see suggested serving sizes listed on each item to help guide your order.

  • When do I need to place my order?

Orders are open through Sundays for Tuesday pickup or delivery. Once ordering closes, I begin preparing everything fresh for the week.

  • When will I receive my order?

All orders are fulfilled on Tuesdays, either via pickup or delivery based on your selection at checkout.

Delivery cost is based on your location and calculated at check out.

  • Do I need to be home for delivery?

No. Your delivery will be left on your doorstep. It’s suggested that items be refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Who Does the Cooking?

Me, Sarah, the chef behind Fameal!

With a background in hospitality and years spent building food and dining experiences, I created Fameal to make it easier to enjoy thoughtful, shareable meals at home. Everything is made from scratch, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and food that fits into real life.
